Linear Bearing
A linear bearing is a linear motion system used for linear travel in conjunction with a cylindrical shaft. Since the bearing ball is in point contact with the outer shell of the bearing, the steel ball rolls with the minimum frictional resistance, so the linear bearing has small friction and is relatively stable, does not change with the bearing speed, and can obtain smooth linear motion with high sensitivity and high precision. The consumption of linear bearings also has its limitations. The most important one is that the impact load capacity of the bearing is poor, and the bearing capacity is also poor. Secondly, the vibration and noise of linear bearings are relatively large during high-speed motion. Automatic selection of linear bearings is included. Linear bearings are widely used in sliding parts of precision machine tools, textile machinery, food packaging machinery, printing machinery and other industrial machinery

Product Description

Linear bearings are widely used in sliding parts of precision machine tools, textile machinery, food packaging machinery, printing machinery and other industrial machinery.

Bearing classification

(1) Standard type, gap adjustment type linear bearing, open type linear bearing, extended type linear bearing, general-purpose linear bearing.

(2) Flange type linear bearings can be divided into: round flange type, square flange type, oval flange type, guide round flange type, guide method flange type, guide oval flange type, and elongated round flange type.

Product Usage

Linear bearings are more and more widely used in precision equipment such as electronic equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, machinery, instruments, robots, tool machinery, CNC machine tools, automobiles and digital three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment or special machinery industry.

Bearing maintenance

Maintenance of metal linear bearings: Lubrication and friction: Anti-corrosion oil is injected into the linear bearing. If it is lubricated with grease, first remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, and then add grease after air drying. (It is recommended to use lithium soap grease with viscosity marked N0.2.) If oil is used for lubrication, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to the temperature change, lubricating oil with ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 can be used. The shaft lubrication can be obtained from the oil supply pipe Oil, or oil from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat. Oil lubrication is not suitable for sealed bearings without holes because the seals will scrape off the oil.

Maintenance of plastic linear bearings

Since the sliding film inside the plastic linear bearing is made of self-lubricating plastic, it does not require additional oil supply and maintenance during use; There is also no need to maintain, the dust will be automatically taken out from the flute during the movement; only when the sliding film wears out, the internal sliding film can be directly replaced; the maintenance is very convenient.
